CALL TOPIC 1: Demand congressional censure of Trump’s racist remarks.
1)Let’s call Congressman Smith’s office in D.C. at 202-225-3765…
Caller: Hello, I am a constituent of Rep. Smith’s. I am calling to express my outrage with President Trump‘s disgusting remarks about Haiti and African countries. I thank Rep. Smith for his statement labeling Trump’s remarks as offensive and calling for Trump to apologize. However, Rep. Smith should also clearly state on the record that Trump’s remarks are racist, and beneath the office of the presidency. In addition, I strongly urge Rep. Smith to take the next step and support Rep. Richmond and Rep. Nadler’s Resolution of congressional censure of Trump’s racist remarks. Congress of the United States must put on record that we don’t approve of racism and that when the president makes these kinds of racist remarks, he’s not speaking for the people of the United States. Thank you.
2) Let’s call our Senators (Booker D.C. 202-224-3224, Newark 973-639-8700; Menendez D.C. 202-224-4744, Newark 973-645-3030)…

CALL TOPIC 2: Stop the Trump administration from spying on us without a warrant under Section 702 of the FISA Amendments Act. Let Section 702 expire or pass the USA Rights Act S.1997 to help close the backdoor search loophole.
2)Let’s call our Senators (Booker D.C. 202-224-3224, Newark 973-639-8700; Menendez D.C. 202-224-4744, Newark 973-645-3030)…
Caller: Hello, I am a constituent of the Senator’s; may I speak with the staffer who handles Constitutional issues?”
I want to urge the Senator not to reauthorize Section 702 of the FISA Amendments without closing the “backdoor search” loophole. In support of this reform the Senator should vote NO on S.139 with the FISA Amendments Reauthorization Act, unless the flawed FISA portion of S.139 is replaced with the USA Rights Act, S.1997. S.1997 provides reforms to protect me from unconstitutional searches under Section 702. It ends backdoor searches and examination of communications without a warrant. Let Section 702 expire or pass S.1997. Thank you.
